AI can create anxiety and excitement in equal measure. This session is designed to help HR and business leaders lead their teams through the uncertainty and potential change.

You’ll explore how to communicate change effectively, address concerns early, and put plans in place that protect morale and support progress.

These sessions are designed as small, facilitated discussion groups led by HR People Support. We’ll share our experience, bring examples from the businesses we work with, and create space for honest conversations about what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll walk away with practical takeaways, new ideas, and the confidence to shape your own next steps back in the business.
