Leading Innovation at Scale: A Conversation with Professor Linda Hill
This in-person event is open to the General Public and will be covered by the local media!
Event Description:5:30 PM Networking, 6 - 7 PM Presentation
HBS Alumni and the General Public are invited to an evening of insight and dialogue with Professor Linda A. Hill, coauthor of the forthcoming book Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation. Building on her foundational work in Collective Genius, Professor Hill will preview new research that explores how leaders can not only spark innovation—but also scale it successfully across teams, organizations, and ecosystems.
Through compelling stories of leaders from a wide range of industries, Professor Hill will introduce three distinct leadership roles essential for innovation at scale:
- The Architect: shaping culture and capabilities for co-creation
- The Bridger: forging connections across boundaries
- The Catalyst: activating movements across ecosystems
This interactive session will explore how these leadership mindsets and behaviors can help organizations navigate uncertainty, build resilience, and drive meaningful change.
We hope you’ll be able to join us for this evening of ideas, inspiration, and community with fellow HBS alumni.
