Co-hosted by Together Liverpool's Network of Kindness and Liverpool Catalyst, this session is tailored to support leaders of faith and community-based social action projects across the Diocese of Liverpool area to flourish.

Our guest speaker Mark Harland is an expert behavioural coach, consultant and social entrepreneur with significant experience of local church leadership.

Mark brings over 30-years expertise running companies and guiding leaders in business, the third sector, and faith-based organisations. He has supported global brands including Cadbury and JLR (Jaguar Land Rover), and other high performing organisations, working with their management teams to unlock growth potential.

As a pastor at a church in Walsall several years, he was key to the development and delivery of social action projects focussing on food poverty, modern slavery and urban estates.

We are looking forwards to gaining invaluable insights from Mark's unique approach, drawing on a wide range of behavioural and emotional intelligence tools to empower leaders to reach their full potential, fostering resilience, adaptability and purpose.
