About this Event
When you consider the challenges and complexities facing today’s leaders, it stands to reason that the job of a leader is more difficult than ever. In addition to COVID-19 and financial pressures, the past year has also brought issues of social concern, and racial inequity to the forefront of challenges leaders must navigate. Although there is swelling interest in reducing the social and financial disparities, there are barriers and obstacles to creating a more harmonious community landscape. Part of the solution rest in structural approaches leaders can apply to overcome the perils of unconscious bias.
Join us for this complimentary workshop, hosted by Berkley Baker, EDBA, MBA. Berkley will explore objective leadership frameworks (OLFs) and their role in increasing leadership efficiency and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:
• The leadership challenges created by unconscious bias
• The role of Objective Leadership Frameworks (OLFs) in improving equitable decision-making.
• How the application of OLFs can enhance organizational performance.
