Effective facilitation of conversations in the workplace and communities is needed in our region. As our world continues to evolve, we must adapt to it. Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation is a three-part series presented in partnership with the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities and led by Jonathan Zur, VCIC President & CEO.Whether you are new to facilitation or need a refresher, this program will equip you with the tools needed to lead conversations in an inclusive, informative, and effective manner. In this interactive series, you will learn practical tips and have opportunities to apply your skills.
The series occurs on the following Tuesdays:
September 30, 2025 - 11:00-5:00 pm
October 7, 2025 - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
October 14, 2025 - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Registration is $325. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three session dates to maximize the value of the program and ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
