LeadHERship Conference 2026

Join us for a full-day leadership conference designed to inspire, equip, and connect students across disciplines and career interests. This conference brings together accomplished professionals from a wide range of industries, including academia, science, business, design, and more, to share insights on leadership, career growth, and making a meaningful impact.

The day will feature engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and a keynote address, offering attendees both big-picture perspectives and practical skills. Through conversations on redefining traditional career paths, leading with confidence, and building a personal brand, participants will gain valuable tools to navigate their personal and professional journeys, no matter their background or year of study.

In addition to the formal programming, the conference emphasizes connection and community.
