Leader’s Edge is a two-part, 6-hour leadership development experience facilitated by leadership strategist Morgan Massie, built on award-winning instructional design and proven leadership models. Participants gain practical tools to strengthen performance, develop their people, and lead with greater clarity and accountability—drawing on insights from The Five Coaching Conversations and other best-selling resources.
