Leadership Triangle: Networking with Intention

Leadership Triangle, in partnership with Sarah Finnerty and Magnet Triangle, brings together community members for a fresh take on networking

This is a relaxed, face-to-face networking experience built on the principle of reciprocity. The goal is simple: pair the insight you need with a community member eager to share it, turning a room of peers into problem-solving partners.

How it works

1. Write your ask: Post one specific question you'd like the group’s help with.
2. Label yourself: Add your name and number to a nametag.
3. Offer help: Offer support for at least three asks where you can add value or make an introduction.
4. Make connections: Meet those you can assist and those who can assist you; conversations flow naturally from the posted asks.
