About Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova, Senior HR Director and Member of the Leadership Team of A1
Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management, with her career beginning in talent acquisition and development. In 2007, she assumed the role of HR Director, and since 2016 she has served as Senior HR Director and a member of the company’s Leadership Team.
In her current role, Miglena leads the strategic people agenda, overseeing organizational design, talent acquisition and development, as well as employee engagement and wellbeing. She also holds end-to-end accountability for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the effective delivery of all HR processes.
Miglena holds a Master’s degree in English and American Studies from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, along with additional qualifications in Mass Communications. She earned her MBA from Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She is certified in Strategic HR Management by Cornell University (USA), has completed a Leadership Coaching Program at Columbia Business School (USA), and a Strategic Leadership Program for Women at IMD (Switzerland).
