The Leadership Round Table Summit (LRS) is an initiative of the Global Leadership Institute birthed with the aim of building capable leaders in all spheres of life. This summit offers a platform of learning and capacity improvement to everyone who desires to make an impact in life or anyone who desires to be a leader.

Our main purpose is to use creativity and optimism to inspire and stimulate people, irrespective of age, sex, race or background to discover, realize and fulfil their potentials with love in their heart and a hunger to help others succeed too. We also hope to use our programmes as means of reaching out to different segment of the society by informing, inspiring and teaching them through our seasoned speakers and facilitators. We shall preach these life changing messages all around Nigeria and Africa until our messages have caused a ripple effect of change in every home.
