Summary:

Leadership effectiveness directly impacts employee commitment, organizational performance, client retention, and ultimately profitability. It requires a commitment and ongoing development. This session is designed for employees who currently serve in lead or supervisory roles, as well as those who may be interested in learning more about what it takes to be an effective leader.
