About this Event
'Leadership Matters' is an event series run by the Aston Business School Alumni Relations Team, which provides alumni, (MBA) students and external guests with an opportunity to network, as well as hear from a panel of business leaders on 'best practice' and challenges.
The final event in our series focuses on 'Leading people'. In today's fast-changing world, businesses face the ongoing challenge of guiding teams through constant changes and advancements. We invite you to join us and explore strategies that businesses can adopt to lead and empower people within their organizations. Our panel of distinguished business leaders will share their insights and experiences of cultivating effective leadership strategies, fostering inclusitivity, and navigating the dynamic landscape of leading people in the modern workplace.
The event will take place at Aston Business School and will follow the following format:
18:00 – Registration
18:30 – Panel discussion
20:00 – Networking
21:00 – Finish
The discussion will be hosted by Mark Hart (Associate Director, Centre for Growth and Deputy Director, Enterprise Research Centre ).
