A Fun Evening of Deconstructing and Reconstructing Leadership.

Leadership Development is a multi-billion-dollar industry worldwide – and most of those billions are largely or entirely wasted. The word “leadership” is so overused, it is at risk of becoming a cliché.
In this workshop, we will:
Take a 30,000-foot overview
Uncover the missing piece of the puzzle that more than any other cause, is at the root of those billions of dollars of waste
Share some stories
Enjoy some great inspirational photography
Integrate an interactive component
And yes, we will see how I learned lessons from my children and grandchildren – because potentially great lessons are all around us, we just need to learn how to extract them.
A lite meal will be provided at no charge by the Library to enjoy while you explore the nuances of leadership.
Adults and Young Adults who are, or have been in leadership positions, or who aspire to be someday.
Pertains to organizations or informal groups of all sizes and types: businesses, non-profits, governmental organizations – even to competitive sports, families and communities.
Registration is encouraged but not required.
