This one-day leadership lab is designed for principals and school leaders who want to think more clearly, decide more confidently, and use AI as a practical thinking partner, not just another tool to manage.
Rather than focusing on platforms or technical features, the day centres on how AI can support leadership judgement, clarity, productivity, and cognitive load reduction in the real conditions school leaders are working in right now.
