Leadership to the next level for a growing industry.The Leadership in Manufacturing Alumni Program is for leaders in the manufacturing industry who have a growth mindset and want to stretch their skills to the next level. Kirkwood Corporate Training has expanded this premiere program to help participants gain key competencies in change management, healthy conflict resolution,
and leading other leaders. Our instructors focus on tools and strategies for leaders to collaborate, coach, and problem-solve in new and innovative ways to help your organization achieve even higher performance.
Prerequisites: Program participants need to have completed Leadership in Manufacturing Tier 1 or Tier 2 prior
to attending.
SESSION INFORMATION
Training sessions begin Oct. 3, 2023, at the following location:

INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING
In addition to the training curriculum, each participant will receive four one-on-one coaching sessions with Celina
Peerman, Ph.D. Each session is 30 minutes.
