Leadership Field Trip: Lessons from The Battle of Drewry's Bluff

Find the answers and apply them to your own leadership challenges as we study one of Virginia's lesser-known, yet most crucial Civil War's battle sites. The events at Drewry's Bluff marked a decisive moment in the early days of the war and create an opportunity for reflection on today's leadership challenges

• Anyone wishing to attend a training event that doesn't require a digital device!

Please note: We will be outside the entire time and will be keeping the group small. We do ask that everyone wear a mask while in close proximity to each other. Hand sanitizer, bug spray, sunscreen, water, and snacks will be provided. We will be walking on uneven ground and the restroom options are limited, In case of bad weather we may reschedule for a later date.

Dave Maddox, CEO of the Enduring Leadership Project will be your guide through this experience. Dave specializes in bringing leadership lessons to life through Experiential History- a process of taking participants from a moment in history to the corresponding moment in their own leadership odyssey.
