Leadership Fauquier: Information Session

Curious about leadership development in Fauquier County? Join us for an in-person information session to learn more about Leadership Fauquier's 2026-2027 Signature Program and how it develops informed and connected leaders across Fauquier County.

This session is designed for both prospective participants and employers interested in investing in leadership development. During this conversation, you will:

• Learn how the ten-month program is structured
• Understand what makes a strong applicant
• Explore how employers benefit from employee participation
• Hear how alumni apply what they learn in real time
• Have a chance to ask questions before applying or sending someone from your organization

Leadership Fauquier blends leadership skill development with deep knowledge of the community. Participants gain practical tools, cross-sector relationships, and a broader understanding of the systems shaping Fauquier County. Approximately 20-25 participants are selected each year.
