Leadership & People is an in‑person afternoon session designed to help managers, business owners and team leaders build confidence, clarity and capability in leading others.

Ideal for both new and experienced leaders, this session explores the practical skills needed to motivate people, communicate effectively, and develop a positive working culture that supports both performance and wellbeing.

This workshop is part of the Tees Valley Business Masterclass Series, delivered by Middlesbrough Council on behalf of the Tees Valley Mayor and Combined Authority and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
