Leadership & Management Workshop I & II

Practical, effective leadership & management training for existing and/or emerging supervisors, team leaders and business owners.
About this Event

Both LWM I and II courses provide essential training for practice owners and leaders, office managers, and/or those individuals who are or growing into leadership roles. LMW I is heavy on critical thinking skills, conflict resolution, HR & employment law, leadership skills and TONS of counseling/accountability training. LMW II focuses on assertiveness training, employee development, behavior management, teambuilding strategies, emotional intelligence, and individual transformation. Completion of the LMW I course is not required to attend LMW II. The registration includes training materials, certificate of competition, and a delicious complementary lunch! Both courses award 7 hours of continuing education credit.
