Join us for a roundtable event on Leadership & Wellbeing, bringing together leaders and changemakers for an engaging conversation on how effective leadership can support personal, organizational, and community wellbeing. The discussion will explore practical approaches to leading with purpose, resilience, and balance in today’s evolving social and professional landscape.

This collaborative event, presented in partnership with the Orange County Human Rights Commission, creates a space for shared insights, open dialogue, and meaningful connection. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange perspectives, reflect on real-world challenges, and consider strategies that promote healthier, more inclusive leadership practices.

With consent, the discussion will be used in a proceedings paper where paritcipants will be acknowledged as contributors, and rcieve an electronic copy of the paper.
