The Leadership Advantage is Human
About this Event

LeaderSHIFT 2027 builds on the momentum of last year’s program, from survival to transformation, offering leaders a continuous journey focused on unlocking human potential and performance in a rapidly evolving workplace.

LeaderSHIFT 2027 explores what the future of leadership looks like and the skills required in a time of rapid change, uncertainty, and disruption. As pressure on leaders continues to grow, the program challenges leaders to move beyond caution and comfort and instead lead with clarity, courage, trust, and connection.

At the centre of the experience is Brené Brown, who reframes leadership as the ability to stay open and courageous under pressure. Alongside her, Liz Wiseman explores how leaders unlock greater performance, intelligence, and impact across teams. Leadership expert Tim Arnold brings practical strategies for navigating complexity and tension, helping leaders shift from rigid either/or thinking to more adaptive both/and leadership.

Together, these voices will equip you and your team with the mindset and practical tools needed to build resilient cultures, elevate performance, and lead people more effectively in an increasingly complex world.
