Instead of simply telling you how to be more empathetic, our instructor, Dr. Tania Nagpaul, believes in guiding you through reflection exercises and putting theory into action with real-life workplace scenarios. With a PhD in psychology from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and as a researcher on inclusion and positive social impact, Dr. Nagpaul believes that to make an impact, one must lead by example.

In this course, Dr. Nagpaul will assist each participant in discovering their personalised way to have more empathy in their interpersonal communications with colleagues and lead with a caring and inclusive mindset.
