Lead Well Before the Bell: A Leadership Intention Setting EdXperience for Women In Educational Leadership

Before the goals, the data, and the expectations…take time to reconnect with yourself as a leader. Lead Well Before the Bell is an intentional leadership and wellness EdXperience designed for women in educational leadership to pause, reflect, reconnect, and prepare for the school year with clarity and intention. As women leaders, we are often responsible for supporting everyone else while navigating the weight of leadership ourselves. Yet few spaces exist where educational leaders can simply breathe, reflect, and be poured back into. This experience was created to change that.

Hosted by JLM EdXperience LLC., this intimate Leadership Lounge gathering will provide opportunities for meaningful connection, intentional reflection, guided conversation, and community with fellow women leaders in education. This is not traditional professional development. This is an EdXperience intentionally curated to support sustainable, human-centered leadership. Whether you serve as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean, Instructional Coach, District Leader, Higher Education Professional, or Nonprofit Education Leader, this space was designed with you in mind.

As an educational leader myself, I created this space because I know it is easy to prioritize everyone else’s needs while neglecting our own. My hope is that every woman who attends leaves feeling seen, supported, and strengthened for the year ahead!
