Lead The Way is a leadership development program designed to support women in construction who are currently in, or stepping into leadership roles.
This program provides practical tools real world insights, and a supportive environment to help participants build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, and connect with others in the industry.
What's included:
- 3 x in-person workshops (full day, fully catered)
- Individual coaching sessions (via phone or Teams)
- Support from experienced Allied Health practitioners
- Practical tools to support leadership and career progression
- Opportunities to connect with other women across the industry

This program is ideal for women who are:
- Working in the constuction or related industry
- Currently in leadership or aspiring to step into leadership
- Looking to build confidence and leadership capability

- Day 2: Friday 16th October
- Day 3: Friday 13th November
