About this Event
Business leaders across the Rochester region are joining the full-day summit, designed for business owners, executives, HR and People leaders, operations professionals, and other decision-makers who are trying to understand what AI means for their organizations, their workforce, and the future of work.
Rather than focusing only on tools and technology, Lead the Shift will explore the practical business questions surrounding AI adoption, including leadership readiness, workforce skills, responsible implementation, organizational change, and stronger collaboration between HR, IT, operations, and business leaders.
Attendees will experience practical learning sessions, facilitated conversations, a panel discussion, networking, and four DisruptHR ROC talks throughout the day.
Organizations are also encouraged to attend as teams, with corporate registration options available for colleagues who want to learn together and bring ideas back into their workplace.
