Register to learn more about community advocacy. L.E.A.D Board Training for Women (formerly Women's Advocacy) is a symposium-style, two-day program for those ready to cultivate their leadership potential and lend their voices to growing the quality and capacities of their communities.
In this program, discover how to:
- Identify and strengthen your “Why” for advocacy
- Define your leadership style
- Develop effective communication & networking skills
- Understand protocol for nonprofit boards & committees
- Build cultural competencies that support service to diverse populations

Shine Bright Community Center (Whitehall), 4590 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213
You must attend both dates to receive your certificate of completion and services directly affiliated with graduating the program.
Sessions are facilitated by our community partners, leading experts on topics like inclusive leadership, authentic networking, advocacy, etc.
Fee: No-Cost. All we need is your commitment.
