The event begins at Noon with Lead Like Her, an afternoon leadership event made possible by The Robin Report and sponsored by CBUS Retail. You will be treated to lunch and discussions focused on insight, perspective, and women leading in retail and business today.

As the day transitions into the evening, One Degree, CBUS Retail’s signature networking and celebration event, in partnership with Ohio State’s Fashion & Retail Studies Program, will bring together retail leaders and emerging talent for meaningful connection, shared learning, and recognition of the next generation of industry leaders.
