The Lead Abatement Training Incentive Program offers reimbursement for individuals who obtain their DPOR-issued Lead Abatement Contractor (LAC) Supervisor or Worker licenses. LISC Hampton Roads covers training certifications and required fees, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder your ability to contribute to a safer Norfolk. The program will be open until April 30, 2025, or until all funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.
