LEA MORRISLea Morris was born in Washington, D.C. into a rich musical heritage. Her mother dreamed of becoming an opera singer, while her father played trumpet and toured the world in a funk band.
As a 17-year-old exchange student, she took the adventurous leap to Halle/Saale in Germany where she played her first concert. In 2020, Lea returned to Germany to live in a small city called Meine.
New surroundings, new ideas. Since relocating, Lea has begun to perform with a piano and loop machine. She has founded the “Joyful Noise Choir” and her own label “Big Bee Records”. And she travels a lot as a performer and choir director. And her mission is always: To remind people of the beauty in ourselves and the rest of the world, one song at a time.
