Malin Arnedotter Bengtsson
Malin Arnedotter Bengtsson, artist and DJ based in Sweden and Norway, primarily working in performance art. I am a member of the punk band Kulturprofilerna and involved in various improvised music projects. I will be spinning some sweet tunes to help you unwind and sink into the groove of this beautiful space, letting the stress melt away.
Eva Eriksson
You don't have to be bendy and strong and change your life to do yoga practice, since life itself is the true teacher. To show up and connect with life right here is the practice. Yoga can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, anytime. All about becoming more friends with life's ups and downs, through seeing ourselves in others. Eva began her yoga journey in the mid 80's studying dance in the US. It is with sincere love and gratitude she thanks her master teachers that shared their practice, devotion and trust in a humble, open and human way. Her classes are all about opening up to the potential life holds, to soften the hardness together. Based on a blend of artful alignment for body, heart and soul. All welcome. Let us keep the practice alive together, and share space.
