Le Jardinier x Hiden Exclusive Collaborative Dining Experiences

One Michelin-starred Le Jardinier renowned for its innovative French cuisine is thrilled to announce two nights of collaborative dining experiences with the exclusive Japanese concept Hiden presenting a fusion of French and Japanese culinary mastery. Le Jardinier's Chef de Cuisine Christian Pasco Diaz and Executive Chef James Friedberg of sister restaurant L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon are joining forces with Hiden's Executive Chef Seijun Okano to curate an exceptional experience that promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey.  

This exclusive two-night series features a tasting menu and Omakase experience for guests to choose from on Wednesday May 8 and Thursday May 9 at Le Jardinier.
