Come dressed to impress in your sky blue attire and enjoy an evening of elegance and fun. This French inspired outdoor dinner party is all about music, food and good vibes. Grab your significant other and/or group of family and friends; and make this a summer you will never want to forget at Le Dîner en Bleu Camp Springs!
This event will be held at Restaurant Row Apollo in Camp Springs, MD. Table registration is required for entry. This invitation entitles you to purchase tables for you and your guests. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis until the event is sold out.
DRESS CODE: The dress code is Sky Blue. Dress to impress. It is preferred that you come dressed in all sky blue, but something sky blue will do. Be creative as you like and add fascinators, hats and masks! Upscale cocktail attire is strongly encouraged but not required.
MUST BE 21+ to participate. This event is for the grown and sexy.
Event Booking
RAIN DATE: In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved from Saturday, July 8, 2023 to the rain date of Sunday, July 9, 2023. Please mark your calendar for both days as tickets are non-refundable.
PARTICIPATION FEES: To participate in this event, a table donation fee (by means of a ticket purchase) is required in order for you and your guests to be seated. Table donation fees are as follows: General Admission ($250 for a table of four and $500 for a table of eight) and VIP ($350 for a table of four and $700 for a table of eight). These fees include a table with a linen tablecloth, linen napkins, and 4-8 chairs depending on your table purchase. Food, drinks and tabletop decor are not included with your ticket purchase. You will be responsible for bringing all items needed to create an exclusive dining experience.
PURCHASE POLICY: All donations/tickets purchases are final -- There are no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, nor transfers after the order has been made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TABLE ASSIGNMENTS: When viewing ticket options, click "Buy on Map" and zoom in to get a closer view of the venue map and seating chart. You must select each seat at your selected table. Once your table purchase is complete, you will receive e-tickets for each seat at your table. Attendees will be allowed to enter the event venue with their individual e-tickets, even if the entire party is not present. Additional chairs will not be available outside of your reserved seating arrangements. Tables will only seat 4 or 8 people; no extras are allowed.
TABLE DECOR: We take some of the hauling off of your plate. No need to bring tables and chairs because we have that covered. Sky blue tablecloths and napkins (for the traditional napkin wave) will also be provided. You will be responsible for bringing your own tabletop decor: centerpieces, flowers, candles, plates, glasses, eating utensils, etc. Get as creative as you like with your tabletop decor items. You will also need garbage bags to take all of your trash with you at the end of the event. Pack light and use a pulley to transport your items. Anything that you bring to transport your items MUST be able to fit underneath your table.
We will be picking three winners for the best tabletop settings -- CASH PRIZES AWAITS! Guests will be allotted one hour (5pm-6pm) for setup. The DEB team will start reviewing tabletop settings at 6pm sharp, so make sure your table setup is complete by then. Winners will be announced throughout the event.
FOOD & DRINKS: Food and drinks are not included with your ticket purchase. We strongly encourage you to bring your own picnic (food and drinks) or you may purchase to-go meals from one of the nearby restaurants located in Restaurant Row Apollo.
PARKING: Free parking is available within walking distance at 5900 Capital Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20746 - located directly next to the event venue. When arriving, turn into the WMATA Entrance of the parking lot. DO NOT park at Restaurant Row Apollo as there will be limited parking reserved for restaurant patrons only, not event attendees.
SAFETY: No weapons, illegal drugs or controlled substances, including marijuana are permitted.
COVID-19: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. This event is expected to follow the CDC Guidelines if and when necessary.
