Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

Refund Policy

Ticket sales are non-refundable, with the following exception:

• If the event is rescheduled to a new date and you cannot attend.
• Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the announcement.
• Refund Details: Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and returned to the original payment method.

Ticket Transfers

We understand plans can change, and tickets may need to be transferred to another person.

Please note the following:

How to Transfer Tickets: Transfers must be made through your Eventbrite account by editing the order information.

Update the ticket with the new attendee’s name and email address (if the option is available). The new attendee will receive an email to claim the ticket.

Tickets cannot be transferred between accounts; changes are made within the original purchaser’s order.

Third-Party Purchases:

If tickets were purchased from a third-party seller or on someone else’s behalf, only the original ticket holder can make changes.

Ensure the attendee’s name matches the name on the ticket, as discrepancies may require additional identification at entry.
