About this Event

Join us for what is set to be one of our most popular sessions this year. Victoria Valentine from Landlord Action will be leading on this session focusing solely on Evictions. We'll look at the current court process, how long evictions are taking at the moment, the complexities surrounding eviction and support available.

Victoria is always very popular at our conferences and has many years of experience as a professional landlord and property expert. She was awarded the Best County Durham Real Estate MD at the Managing Director of the Year Awards 2022 and is a regular speaker alongside Paul Shamplina at property events across the country. She writes a guest blog for LandlordZone and is in-the-know to guide you through the eviction process alongside the legal team at Landlord Action.

Fair use and non-attendance policy

We allow landlords to attend one session of each available title per 12 month period for free. If a landlord wishes to repeat a specific session within a 12 month period, we reserve the right to pass on a standard charge of £75 per delegate.
We allow delegates to cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the session. Delegates can cancel via email, telephone or by cancelling their place on Eventbrite. We send a reminder before each event and remind delegates to let us know if they can no longer attend. We reserve the right to pass on the standard charge of £75 per delegate for each non-attendance, including non-attendance as part of a joint booking.
