Lazy Sunday Pilates x BESTU Mat Pilates @ South Fulham

Join us for a relaxing and revitalising Mat Pilates session in a beautiful studio setting right by the Thames in South Fulham. This in-person experience is the perfect way to stretch, strengthen, and unwind with a like-minded community of wellness lovers.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or completely new to Pilates, you’re warmly welcome. Our session is designed to be accessible, supportive, and enjoyable – no pressure, just good vibes and mindful movement.

New to Pilates?

No worries at all – we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, and we’ll keep the atmosphere light, friendly, and conversational. Come as you are – no experience needed!

What to Bring:

🧘‍♀️ Grip socks (you can treat yourself to some of ours if you forget)

💧 Water bottle

🧘‍♂️ Your mat (if you'd like!)
