ABOUT KIMSKI

What started as a back yard family tradition has now come to life with the creation of Kimski, located in the expansion facility of Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar. When the Marszewski sons were kids their mother would often combine elements of their ethnic backgrounds and serve meals that featured both Korean and Polish cuisine. Years later the family would serve their signature KoPo BBQ on the back patio of the family bar and at special events and festivals. Since people enjoyed it so much they decided to open a new kitchen for Maria’s. After several Kimchi Tests, they asked their pal, Chef Won Kim, to make it happen.
