Join us for an exploration and expression through movement and dance! This Ecstatic Dance will follow a movement and therapeutic art workshop, Embracing the Layers, that starts in the afternoon. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, expressive practice that combines elements of mindfulness, dance, and play. An opportunity to connect with your body, release inhibitions and emotions, and embrace the present moment.
There’s no right or wrong way to participate—just curiosity and self-discovery in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
✨ What to Expect:
🔸 A grounding embodiment led by Zsuzsa Szabadi as part of our opening circle
🔸 Uplifting, grounding, flowing, and liberating music to guide your journey through a variety of genres and energies of songs.
🔸 A closing circle for reflection and integration
Please arrive by 5:50 pm to start by 6pm.
📝 What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing for movement and perhaps some layers for changing temperatures.

Guidelines to keep the space safe for everyone:
No drugs or alcohol
No shoes on the dance floor
No talking on the dance floor
(releasing cheers, cries, etc is welcome)
No cameras or recording devices
No strong perfumes or colognes (a little natural scent like essential oils is ok)
Dancing with others is welcome when accompanied by enthusiastic consent from the other person (Getting eye contact first is a good start) - Please be aware and respect the space of other dancers.
