Let’s take technique to the next level! In this class we’ll focus on improving technique through drills and mixing in layers such as level changes, shimmies, and travelling to add dynamism. Class will include feet and core strengthening. An emphasis on musical interpretation will help us find fun and challenging ways to move.Beginner friendly with modifications offered to challenge varying levels of dancers.
