Raah welcomes you for a two-day workshop based on breath and movement exercises from traditional art forms like Kalaripayattu, Kathakali, and Yoga.
Join us on this journey with award-winning theatre performer, maker, researcher, and founder of Rayaroth Theatre House - Kanchan Avchare!
The session will be open for those eager to realize the physical and creative benefits of the flow of the body, awareness of the mind, and a connection between the two. No prior experience or physical training is required.
