Overview🌟 What's included & what's not
We begin boarding at 5:15 PM and sail PROMPTLY at 6 PM.
⏰️ Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your sailing time.
🛑 We cannot hold the ship for you.
🛳 The boat returns to the dock at 8:00PM, giving you plenty of time to ascend to the top deck after your meal and enjoy stunning views of the Knoxville skyline.

To make your dining experience extra special, we pre-assign seats. If you'd like to join another party, kindly let us know in advance by mentioning it in the "special occasion" section during online booking or call us at least 24 hours before your cruise. We're here to ensure you have a fantastic time with us!
For groups of eight (8) or more, whether booked individually or as a group reservation, there will be one window table upgrade fee and a service gratuity added to the food portion of your ticket price.

Parking and General FAQ
From where does the boat depart?
The Star of Knoxville departs from 300 Neyland Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902. You’ll find us at the far end of the Calhoun’s parking lot.
How far in advance should I make reservations? We recommend making reservations as soon as you can.
Does the boat cruise in inclement weather?
We sail rain or shine. Our bottom deck is fully enclosed with heat and air-conditioning to provide year-round comfort.
Is there a dress code?
Feel free to dress for the occasion you're celebrating; there's no specific dress code. Your comfort and personal style are welcomed.
Are drinks included?
Included with your dining cruise tickets, enjoy complimentary sweetened or unsweetened tea, soft drinks, lemonade, juices, and coffee. A cash bar is also available for additional purchases onboard. Must be 21+ with valid photo ID to consume alcoholic beverages.
Where do I park?
Our parking area is adjacent to Calhoun’s on the River. Upon entering Calhoun’s Parking lot, turn left and proceed to the far end where you'll find the Dock Boat. In case our lot is full, there is conveniently located city-owned parking nearby, within walking distance
