We will be hosting a FREE seminar here at Bristol Jiu Jitsu exclusively for law enforcement, fire, and EMS. In this seminar, you will get not only a great workout but also learn potentially life-saving techniques focused on controlling opponents as well as techniques to avoid being controlled. We will be doing a cookout afterwards with burgers and hot dogs. Feel free to join us for the fun!
