Lavender & Wine Dinner

Join us for an evening of Delicious food and wonderful company hosted by 13 Brix Cider Bistro located in downtown Palisade. The menu, created by Ellise Basch, Gastronomist for Varaison Vineyards and Winery, will surpass expectations . We are excited to be working again with 13 Brix & Bistro to bring you an elegant finish to the Lavender Festival activities.

Citron Dèlice - A salutatory and enlivening Citrus and Lavender Apéritif, delicately sweet and delightfully aromatic Pain et Beurre a Herbed house-made bread medley served with rich, creamy butter Salad Course paired with Blueberry Lavender Cider A creamy Dark Berry and Cider Dressing, crisp greens, red onion, fennel slivers, Parmesan shavings, berries, and crunchy cucumber topped by a decadent crostiniMain Course paired with a Choice of White Wine or Red WineFruit and Herb stuffed Pork Loin, Lemon Wild Rice medley, roasted Squash Puree and Lavender scatterDessert Course Choice of Coffee or Local Herbal TeaEnstrom’s Lavender ice cream, Citron Madelines, Earl Grey & Lavender Cannoli with Dark Chocolate edges

Please arrive around 6:15 to begin seating. Seating is at 2 and 4 top tables with a couple of larger 6 to 8 tops.
