If you have been to a Lauris show before then you know its an experience in and of itself. He will be performing some of his classics and some of his stuff off his newly released "Horribly Good Times".
Lauris Vidal connects with his audience through his infectious onstage charisma. The folk artist and Ormond Beach native infuses emotional depth and energy into every performance. Ever dedicated to his craft, Vidal becomes a one-man band, playing multiple homemade instruments during his shows.
Lauris Vidal's influences include folk, blues, and indie rock. He channels these styles into a sound he calls "kitchen sink beat blues." Behind his custom drum setup, Vidal showcases his mastery of guitar, tenor banjo, ukulele, and the lap steel guitar.
