Diving Deep into Heart Openers
Friday, June 25th 6-8PM
During this heart opening class, we’ll move deeper and deeper into the opening of the shoulders, thoracic spine, hip flexors and hips as we explore deeper and deeper backbends. We’ll balance out the practice with twists, core work and hamstring openers. Come learn new ways of getting into heart opening postures and leave feeling uplifted!

Strong Core + Take Flight
Saturday, June 26th 1:30-3:30PM
During this workshop style vinyasa flow practice, we’ll move through asanas and core strengthening exercises to ignite the front, back and sides of your core, then use that strength and engagement to explore arm balances. You will be given step-by-step instructions and specific techniques to safely, and successfully, "take off" in the following arm balances. Each pose will be broken down into three stages, making the class accessible for all levels. We will explore Vasisthasana Variations (Side Plank Pose) Bakasana (Crow Pose), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose), Bhujapidasana (Shoulder-pressing pose), and Titibhasana, (Firefly Pose). You'll also receive a handout that visually breaks down each pose so you can continue to practice the progression of these arm balances at home.

Total Body Flow and Roll
Sunday, June 27th 1:30-3:30PM
Our current way of living tends to foster rounding of the shoulders, slouching of the torso and tight hips due to sitting at a desk or even activities like riding a bike, etc. During the first part of this well-balanced master class, we’ll gradually flow into deeper and deeper shoulder and hip openers, backbends and core work. We’ll then shift gears by using a ball to roll out popular areas of the body that tend to get overworked and hold a lot of stress. You are sure to leave the class feeling very open and strong from head to toe, and skin to bone. It’s time to flow, roll and let it all go!
