A 3-day immersive retreat, this program is for recently graduated young adults (age 22-27).

It is a comprehensive career planning retreat designed to help young adults find alignment in the world of work, build a standout resume, and land a job in a field they'll love.

The workshop kicks off with an orientation to the world of work. Then, a fun and interactive group activity shows everyone what their natural strengths are. Proving you are needed and fit into the world of work, we show how your college major and interests relate to possible careers.

After a formal skills assessment, we interpret your results before lunch and spend the rest of the day doing career research to find your alignment with specific career pathways. You'll finish day 2 with a clear vision for an entry level job title, and how it leads to a sustainable and meaningful career.

The magic happens on day 3, because we bring your career path to life. A resume workshop in the morning, LinkedIn profiles in the afternoon, a quick cover letter, and we finish the workshop with interview prep. Not only will you know what jobs fit you best, you'll have the tools to find one - and land it.
