Launch of the outdoor gym decision-making resource (In person)

Adelaide University researchers would like to invite council employees to the launch of a new decision-making resource for the development and refurbishment of outdoor gyms. Developed with funding from the LGA Research and Development Scheme, this resource is designed to support teams across infrastructure, grounds and maintenance, sport and recreation, and beyond, providing practical guidance to help councils plan, procure, and manage outdoor gym facilities for local communities.

Join Dr Alyson Crozier on Tuesday 9 June from 2:30-3:30pm for this hybrid event, attending either in person at the LGASA offices, 148 Frome St, Adelaide or online via Microsoft Teams. During the workshop, we will walk through the research behind the resource and demonstrate how to use its step-by-step decision-making tool to maximise the outcomes of your council’s investment in outdoor gym facilities.
