πΎ Northern friends, we're coming for you! Join us for a beginner-friendly training hike in Launceston πποΈ πππ§π: Sunday, May 10th
β° π§ππ π: 10am sharp start - please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get organised and say hello.
π ππ’πππ§ππ’π‘: North Esk Riverside Walk, Invermay. We are meeting at the corner of Kings Wharf & Lindsay Street, Invermay.
π₯Ύ πππ’π¨π§ π§πππ¦ ππππ: This is a very easy, beginner friendly walk. This walking track is completely flat, and is about 10km total. I suspect it will take us a bit under 2 hours to complete, but best to put 2.5 hours aside just in case. From what I can tell, this walking track is paved the whole way through, however I'm struggling to find beginner friendly tracks around Launnie that are 5km+
π ππ₯ππ‘π: Your dog and their pack, poo bags, dog treats, food for yourself, food for your dog, plenty of water for yourself and your dog, a hat, sunscreen and suncare, a jacket, good walking boots, and layers.
πΈ We are accepting $5 donations to our club per handler, per training walk. All donations go towards helping our club CPAT run trials and promote dog sports in Tasmania.
