About this Event

Join Simone Meschnig for the Laughter Yoga session followed by FREE LUNCH!

During the session, participants will do gentle stretches combined with giggles and laughter. Participants will leave the class much lighter, energized and with a big smile on their face!

Simone is a Laughter Yoga Leader, Sound Healing Practitioner, Meditation & Yoga Teacher, and an Artist. She has been leading classes for companies, health centres, nursing homes and schools, and has been on Radio.
