Come join us for a fun and rejuvenating session of Laughter Yoga at the Shelley Lake Fishing Prier top seating area! This event is all about spreading positivity and laughter through simple scream therapy, deep breathing exercises, Laughter Yoga, clapping, stomping, shaking, and playful activities. No yoga mat is needed, and no experience is required - Bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh! We will have a play session for 25 minutes, chat while we walk around Shelley Lake, and then go to dinner. Every part of the excursion is optional. Join the So Laugh Tribe to laugh, de-stress, and enjoy the great outdoors. Wear athletic clothes and shoes. See you there!

One ticket is needed per group. Children 10 and over are welcome. Please try to be early because we will start on time and I will not be available to answer the phone. Thanks.
