Come join us for a fun and rejuvenating session of Laughter Yoga at the Shelley Lake Fishing Prier top seating area! This event is all about spreading positivity and laughter through simple scream threapy, deep breathing exercises, Laughter Yoga, clapping, stomping, shaking and playful activities. No yoga mat needed and no experience required - just bring an open mind and a willingness to laugh! We will have a play session for 25 minutes, chat while we walk around Shelley Lake, and then go to brunch. Join the So Laugh Tribe to laugh, de-stress, and enjoy the great outdoors. Wear athletic attire and shoes. See you there!
